While Executive Dashboards may have started as a big-company idea to get tailored management information to executives, the concept is moving downstream and they are now used to monitor manager-specific data wherever performance-based management is championed. CW will lead us through a high level view of key performance indicators, how other companies are measuring their performance and things to consider for implementation. So, please plan to join us to get a better understanding of what features and function you should be considering as you build a dashboard for your company.
