The Greater Richmond Partnership, Inc. Partner Profile

The Greater Richmond Partnership, Inc. is an economic development team representing the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and the City of Richmond. The Partnership provides site location assistance to domestic and foreign companies planning new or expanded facilities.

The Partnership was organized in 1994 as a public-private, not-for-profit corporation funded jointly by the four local governments and approximately 300 area businesses. With a total of more than 150 years of economic and community development experience, the Partnership staff ensures that inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner. Services are provided at no cost to the company and with complete confidentiality.

For five consecutive years (1996-2000), the Partnership was named one of the nation's top ten economic development groups by Site Selection magazine.
