Peer Group Forums are RichTech's most powerful tool in our mission to Create Connections. These forums meet from 4-6 times per year and provide members an opportunity to share best practices, learn something new, and enhance your business and personal development. In order to participate in the forums you must be a member at the Basic Level or above and meet the criteria for the group.

BringIT Peer Group Forum – RichTech's BringIT Forum is for Richmond's emerging leaders and practicing technologists with a diversity of skills, backgrounds, and career paths. The Forum members benefit from collaborating with their peers on a wide variety of technology topics. The BringIT Forum is for those that have been in the workforce for less than 15 Years.

SMB Peer Group Forum (Companies in Stage II Development) – For local small and mid-sized businesses that are beyond the start-up phase and rely on technology to operate. Members will be business owners and executives that are not “technical people”.

Government Forum – The RichTech Government Forum is dedicated to and focused on bringing topics of interest and providing solutions for those that work in or with the Government Sector.

Healthcare IT Forum – This Forum was started to increase the awareness of what is happening in Healthcare in general and in the Commonwealth specifically. We encourage participation through comments, suggestions, and questions.

Women in Technology Peer Group Forum – The RichTech WIT forum is designed to provide networking, mentoring and educational opportunities for women involved at all levels of technology centric businesses or organizations. The mission of the WIT forum is to be a catalyst in growing the interest of science, technology, math and engineering among today's young women.

CIO Forum – This forum is composed of the senior-most IT leaders of Richmond's Mid-Cap and Large-Cap companies. We discuss topics categorized in three key areas - Leadership / Career Development, Technology Strategy & Trends, and Community Outreach. Membership to the CIO Forum is approved by the Forum Steering Committee (comprised solely of forum members).
