What: 13th Annual Technology Stars Awards Gala
When: Wednesday, May 14, 2008 - Reception 5:30 p.m., followed by
dinner and ceremony.
Where: Richmond Marriott - 500 East Broad Street
Why: The Tech Council's Awards Gala is the area's premier event
honoring outstanding individuals, corporate and community leaders,
entrepreneurs and pioneers in the Greater Richmond region. Last year's
event attracted approximately 600 key technology leaders from all over
the region. This year's event will celebrate the best and brightest
stars in the area and recognize their outstanding achievements to the
vital growth of technology in Central Virginia.
Finalists: Thirty five finalists will be chosen in the categories
of Leadership, Educator, IT Builders, Emerging Company, Technology
Innovation, Community Support, and Technology SkillBuilder.
