Recently, members of our CIO Forums challenged the Technology Council to develop a conference that focuses on information security. Although there are hundreds of topics and significant security issues facing all types of businesses today, we are responding to this challenge with our first offering in a half-day conference at the Richmond Marriott on December 9th.
Based on their recommendations, we have selected an initial set of topics that will provide information and generate discussion during and after this TechSummit 2004.
We are currently soliciting sponsors for the four breakout sessions to join our Summit Partners, aiko Technologies, IBM, Virginia’s Institute for Defense and Homeland Security, North Highland and Sun Microsystems. These sponsorships include significant promotional visibility prior to the conference, exhibition space, and making introductions or serving as moderators for our breakout sessions.
