Dominion is taking a new twist to workforce
planning which includes data on the differences between generations. For
the first time ever, there are 4 generations of workers in most companies.
As we plan for the baby boomer surge to
retirement, we are incorporating information about the worker of the future.
This has significant implications about the workplace and worker mobility, technology tools
and the lines of demarcation between IT and the business.
