The Member Value Committee is the umbrella committee consisting of four sub-committees:

• Recruitment: to identify and recruit new Technology Council members. 
• Renewal: to follow up with members at the time of their annual renewal, determining why any companies elect not to remain as members, and the tracking and communication of retention trends. 
• Involvement: to assist Council Vice Chairs in identifying potential committee membership from existing membership rolls. 
• Student Membership:  to establish a student membership so students can receive structured workshop/seminar training in business networking from experienced Technology Council members; and to work with the Technology Council's Workforce Development Committee to establish a process for bringing employers and students with mutual interests together for possible internship opportunities.
