At
age 25 and only two years out of college, Keith Warman along with his
brother Craig founded Computer Resource Team (CRT) at the Virginia Tech
Corporate Research Center in Blacksburg, Virginia, in 1995. Today CRT
employs more than 75 people and has become well known regionally and
nationwide as a specialty staffing and consulting firm focused on mid to
high level IT placements. Under Warman’s leadership the company has
grown to three office locations: Roanoke, Blacksburg and its
headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Warman has led the company as
its president since 1996.
Mr. Warman is a graduate of Radford University where he received a BS in
Business Finance. Other notable business affiliations include: Virginia
Council of CEO’s (2003 – Present), National Association of Computer
Consultant Businesses, Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce - Chairman’s
Circle, Virginia Oracle Users Group (President 1996-1998, Director 1999
- Present), Southeastern Oracle Users Conference (Board of Directors
2000 - Present), International Oracle Users Group - Americas (Finance
Committee 2000-2001), Radford University Business Advisory Council and
the Virginia Commonwealth University Information Systems Advisory
Council. Mr. Warman has performed technical speaking engagements at both
Oracle OpenWorld, and International Oracle Users Week.
Mr. Warman is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia. Today he lives in Glen
Allen with his wife Amy and their children Jenna (10) and Garrett (2).
Mr. Warman and his family are members of Mount Vernon Baptist Church.
