Robert Turner leads Enterprise Technology Operations, which includes Data Center Services, Enterprise Network Services Operations, Integrated Production Support, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Executive Support, Technology Operations Process Management, and Quality Services. This group provides the computer and telecommunications infrastructure that enables our information-based strategy and consequently impacts virtually all computer users within Capital One.
Robert began his Capital One career as Sr. Development Manager of Collections and Customer Information Systems. He went on to manage Open Systems and MVS technical support, later becoming Director of Production Operations in 2000. In early 2004, he was promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Technology Operations.
