C.W. has been part of the Richmond technology community for over 30 years starting in Virginia State Government with the Department of Transportation. In 1986, CW played a key role in developing a national Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange business from startup to the sale in 1997. Since 1997, CW has worked in the technology consulting business in the Richmond Metropolitan area with State and Local Government and several Commercial clients.
