If you're in the early stages of your career, with less than 15 years experience, the Early-Career Technology (ECT) Forum is a great place for you to share ideas, network with peers, develop leadership skills and be in the know on Richmond's latest technology buzz. 

Early-career professionals (ECP) have a tremendous opportunity in today's market.  As companies recover from the recession and adjust leadership and business models, resources are being focused on the development, attraction and rentention of highly skilled ECPs.  RichTech's Early-Career Technolgoy Forum focuses on those individuals within our technology community -- Richmond's emerging leaders and practicing technologists with a diversity of skills, backgrounds, and career paths.
